Zhaleh (“Zshja-lay”) returns in November 2026 for her third season as fan-favorite Veronica on Amazon Prime Video’s The Chosen, following her Marvel Cinematic Universe debut as Sheila Zarate opposite Anthony Ramos in Marvel Studios’ Ironheart. In 2026, she had two world premieres at festivals: Son of a Bikram at SXSW, where the film won the Special Jury Award, and California Scenario at SBIFF, opposite Will Yun Lee and Abby Miller. Her recent television credits also include AMC’s Better Call Saul, FX’s Mayans M.C., Netflix’s Cobra Kai, NBC’s Chicago Med, Hulu’s The Dropout, and HBO’s The Rehearsal. A multi-hyphenate actress, writer, producer, and attorney, Zhaleh has been developing original projects under her production banner, Zesty Pictures, since 2025.
